Changes in the contractual terms and conditions and renewal costs of 30-day prepaid offers

Changes in threshold renewal

Due to changes in the economic environment, in the market and in offer positioning, the voice/SMS/data thresholds in My Business Prepaid and their related costs will be calculated on a 30-day basis rather than on calendar months starting from October 1, 2017. Please note that the invoice will, however, continue to be issued on a monthly basis (one per calendar month). Any minutes, SMS and Giga not used during the 30 days are not cumulative.

Changes in costs:

Due to changes in the economic environment, in the market and in offer positioning, starting from October 1, 2017, the cost of the offer will be 15€ every 30 days.

The clients affected by the changes will be informed with a communication sent via SMS at least 30 days in advance, as prescribed by law.

The SMS will state the offers affected by the variation, the contents and the terms to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract. As prescribed by art. 70 comma 4 of the Electronic Communications Code: it will be possible to switch to another provider or exercise the right of withdrawal from 3 services up until September 30, 2017 with no penalties or deactivation fees in the following ways:
  • sending a communication from the client’s certified email to the email address servizioclienti139@pec.h3g.it.
  • sending a registered letter to the following address: C.P. 133 C.A.P. 00173 Rome – Cinecittà.
The client must:
  • specify the cause of the withdrawal, using the wording «Business Prepaid Changes»
  • state the telephone number(s) that the request refers to, specifying whether the request involves deactivation or switching to another provider.
The options and promotions remain unchanged.

If the client decides to withdraw, and the line affected by this proposed amendment is associated with a contract for the purchase in installments of a product (e.g. telephone, tablet, etc.), before withdrawing from the contract or switching to another operator, the client may decide whether to pay the remaining installments, also in a single payment, stating such choice in the registered letter or certified email.
