FAQs - Changes in amounts starting from October 1st, 2017

How will I know if a change has been made to my plan?
The change to your offer will start on October 1st. The amounts will be available after the change and valid fot the next 30 days. You can check the renewal and the consuming of the amounts in your private area Area Clienti 3 on the APP or on the website www.windtrebusiness.it. 

How will the renewal each 30 days work?
If you got already a text, your offer will authomatically be renewed each 30 days instead of each solar month. The amounts will be available and can be used for 30 days. 

How will the charges for the calls work?
It is clarified that the invoice will, however, continue to be issued on a monthly basis (one per calendar month).

How do I terminate the contract?
As stated in the Art. 70 comma 4 of the Electronic Communication Code, until September 30th, 2017 you can switch to a different telephone operator or choose to terminate your 3 services without any additional costs or deactivation fees with the following procedures: 
  • by sending a communication from your electronic certified email box to servizioclienti139@pec.h3g.it.
  • by sending a registered mail to: Wind Tre S.p.A. Casella Postale 133 C.A.P. 00173 Roma – Cinecittà.
You will have to state “Business Prepaid Offer Change” as the cause for withdrawal and state the telephone number(s) that the request refers to.
