Once you've reached the Minutes, texts or DATA limit of the package, the DAILY option and the according automated mechanisms will be triggered.

Starting from July 15th, 2017, according to the European Regulation 2016/2286, you can use your option or tariff plan without limits or additionals costs in all the Eropean Union countries, same as you do in Italy.

You can combine the From Abroad Options to your basic offers MYSHARE, SMARTSHARE or MYUNLIMITED to cut the expenses on calls and the international internet data.
You'll be able to add to your basic plan minutes, data and Texts that you'll pay at a smaller amount with respect to the fixed international rates.

If your colleague or coworker travels abroad in a country that is not UE, USA or Switzerland the costs of internet and calls are not included. To call and use data without any additional worry about expences it is important to add the From Abroad option.
You'll use the internet with the roaming costs in each country and you'll pay calls and texts with respect to the international costs of each country. To look into the costs of each country you can check the Roaming Costs page.
Absolutely, the options from Abroad can be deactivated at any moment with no deactivation costs.
In the case your trip has been cancelled or changed you have to activate the correct Option from Abroad (at a una tantum cost of 5 euro per subscription) and deactivate the wrongly selected option with no additional fees.
