The voucher is intended for companies, registered in the relevant register, and also to all natural persons registered for VAT who exercise, on their own or in an associated form, an intellectual profession within the meaning of Article 2229 of the Civil Code (that is to say, one of the unorganised professions referred to in Law No. 4 of 14 January 2013), which have a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover not exceeding €50 million, against a request for activation of new connectivity services or improvement of already active connectivity. The speed activated must be the best speed available at the civic (both in the case of upgrade and new access)

The amount of each voucher may vary from a minimum of 300 to a maximum of 2,500 euros depending on the type of connectivity. Only one voucher can be requested per VAT number.

BUSINESS CONNECTIVITY VOUCHERS

WindTre adheres to the Connectivity Voucher Plan promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development to promote the spread of ultrabroadband in Italy, thanks to the provision of a bonus intended to contribute to the provision of connectivity. The voucher is intended for companies, registered in the relevant register, and also for all natural persons holding VAT numbers who exercise, in their own or associated form, an intellectual profession pursuant to art. 2229 of the Civil Code (that is one of the unorganized professions referred to in Law No. 4 of 14 January 2013), which have a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover that does not exceed € 50 million, In response to the request to activate new connectivity services or to improve connectivity already active. The activated speed must be the best available speed at the civic (both in case of upgrades and new accesses). The amount of the voucher may vary from a minimum of 300€ to a maximum of 2,500€ depending on the type of connectivity. It will be possible to request only one voucher for P.IVA. The disbursement of contributions is subject to the actual availability of the relevant funds and the approval of the application. The contributions provided for by the Voucher Plan are granted through public funds and subject to specific conditions of membership.
In case of simultaneous subscription of the Super Office One Fibra1000 Offer the cost, thanks to the 500€ Connectivity Voucher will be 8.15€ for 24 months (discount of 20.84€/month) and at the end of the 24 months will return to the initial price of 28.99€.
In case of simultaneous subscription of the Super Office Offer One 200 the cost, thanks to the Connectivity Voucher of 300€ will be 16.49€ for 24 months (discount of 12.5€/month) and at the end of the 24 months will return to the initial price of 28.99€. SUPER OFFICEONE
Billing is bi-monthly. The minutes included in the plans are calculated in two months. For offers that require them, calls are unlimited unless use of the service contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for carrying out mass communication activities in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for WINDTRE telecommunications services. The traffic included in the plans does not include special rate calls and those to international numbers except for a cap of 100 minutes of calls to fixed and mobile numbers of Western Europe, USA and Canada. The navigation speed in ADSL connectivity is up to 20 Mega and is the maximum achievable: the actual one depends on the level of coverage, the degree of congestion, the type of network and the type of device used. The browsing speed in FTTC connectivity is up to 200 Mega download and 20 Mb/s upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 1 Mb/ s download and upload and is the maximum achievable: the actual depends on the level of coverage, the degree of congestion, the type of network and the type of device used. The browsing speed in FTTH Fiber connectivity is up to 1 Gb/s in download and 100 Mb/s in upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 50 Mb/s in download and 5 Mb/s in upload and is the maximum achievable: the actual depends on the level of coverage, the degree of congestion, the type of network and the type of device used. The Fiber to the Home (FTTH) fibre offer is only available in the city and can be found at the link "Discover where FTTH FIBER is available". The offer includes a cost of activation per line of 120 € (including the intervention of a specialist technician in case of FTTH fiber) that can be paid, at the choice of the customer : 1)in a single solution with charge in first invoice 2) installments in 24 months with an installment of 5€/month. In case of withdrawal before 24 months, the customer can choose to continue to enjoy the instalment plan or to pay the remaining amounts in a single solution. The offer includes the supply of the modem for sale in installment combined with 5€/month for 24 months with service and free KASKO. The KASKO service is included and free if you choose to purchase the Super Office One option with modem included. In case of accidental damage or malfunction the KASKO service guarantees the replacement of the modem. Alternatively, the Customer can choose to purchase the Super OfficeOne offer without a modem and buy a modem compatible with the profile of the chosen offer but in this case may not receive the expected quality of service. Internet speed may differ from the reported speed and WINDTRE is not required to provide technical assistance with the installation and configuration of the Modem and Wi-Fi, even for connected devices. Also, remote updates to the modem firmware will not be sent. WINDTRE is committed to providing free assistance only in case of any problems on the customer line. The VoIP service may have malfunctions and/ or interruptions in the provision of the service itself caused by interruption of the electricity supply and/ or damage to the customer’s electrical system. Activation of the Fixed Telephony Service over IP does not guarantee the operation of any Ancillary Services or Equipment provided by third parties that base their operation on the traditional telephone line (PABX, smart boxes, intercom, fax connection, alarms, remote control, piped music, lottomatica service, etc.). WINDTRE cannot be held responsible for such limitations In the event of termination of service, a one-off contribution equal to the minimum value between the value of the contract and the real costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the practice, as specified in the Technical Economic Annex of the contract.

OFFICE PLUS SPECIAL ed OFFICE PLUS
The plan can be subscribed on new line in ADSL, FTTC and Fiber FTTH connectivity where network coverage is available. The OFFICE PLUS SPECIAL and OFFICE PLUS plans can be subscribed for 1 line and 2 lines respectively. In ADSL and FTTC connectivity only, OFFICEPLUS SPECIAL and OFFICE PLUS can also be subscribed out of network coverage There is an activation fee of 120 eruo that can be paid: 1) in a single solution with charge on first invoice; 2) 5 euro per month for 24 months. In case of withdrawal before 24 months, the customer can choose to continue to enjoy the instalment plan or to pay the remaining instalments in a single solution. All fees are billed bimonthly and charged in a delayed manner. OFFICEPLUS provides unlimited calls to national fixed and mobile and to international fixed and mobile numbers of Alaska, Andorra, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Guernsey, Hawaii, Ireland, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, United States of America, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.The voice traffic included in the plan does not include calls at special rates and calls to international mobile numbers except those indicated above. In case of network coverage in FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet) the nominal speed of navigation is up to 200 Mega Mb/ s download and 20 Mb/ s upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 1 Mb/ s download and upload. In case of FTTH Fiber network coverage (Fiber to the Home) the nominal browsing speed is up to 1 Gb/s download and 200 Mb/s upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 100 Mb/s download and 5 Mb/s upload. In the case of FTTH Fiber, the network architecture requires an SFP module for the use of the Fiber connection that is provided free of charge. The plans have a contractual duration of 24 months. In the event of termination of service, a one-off contribution equal to the minimum value between the contract value and the real costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the file, as specified in the Technical Economic Annex of the contract. The request for portability to other operators of only some lines and/or of the additional numbering alone attested on the traditional voice line may result, where the migrated lines coincide with the main, the deactivation of all the remaining lines for which portability has not been requested with consequent loss of numbering and application of deactivation contributions. Calls are unlimited unless use of the service contrary to the criteria of good faith fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for carrying out mass communication activities in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for WINDTRE telecommunications services. OFFICEMAXI
The plan can be subscribed on new line in ADSL, FTTC and Fibra FTTH connectivity where network coverage is available, from 3 lines up to a maximum of 8 lines per location. In ADSL and FTTC connectivity only, OFFICEMAXI can also be subscribed out of network coverage. There is an activation fee of 120 eruo that can be paid: 1) in a single solution with charge on first invoice; 2) 5 euro per month for 24 months. In case of withdrawal before 24 months, the customer can choose to continue to enjoy the instalment plan or to pay the remaining instalments in a single solution. The monthly fee for an additional line, after the first three , is 10 euro. All fees are billed bimonthly and charged in a delayed manner. The browsing speed in FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet) connectivity is up to 200 Mbps in download and 20 Mbps in upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 1 Mbps in download and upload and is the maximum achievable: the actual depends on the level of coverage, the degree of congestion, the type of network and the type of device used. FTTC connectivity is a particular case study of FTTN (Fiber to the Node) technology. The FTTN network coincides with the FTTC network in case of use of road cabinets. There is an activation fee of 120 euros that can be paid: 1) in a single solution with charge on the first invoice; 2) 5 euros per month for 24 months. In case of withdrawal before 24 months, the customer can choose to continue to enjoy the instalment plan or to pay the remaining instalments in a single solution. An IAD (Integrated Access Device) is provided on loan for use;  Office Data has a contractual duration of 24 months. In the event of termination of service, a one-off contribution equal to the minimum value between the contract value and the real costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the file, as specified in the Technical Economic Annex of the contract. The offers OFFICE DATA FIBRA 1000, OFFICE DATA 200 and OFFICE DATA ADSL 20 include the secure web service and have a monthly fee of 25€. SECURE WEB is an integrated service in the WINDTRE network, able to prevent the most widespread cyber threats such as "phishing", "botnet" and "ransomware". Features such as anti-phishing and malware containment will be integrated into the WINDTRE network, without the need for specific hardware or software installation on their devices. The SECURE WEB option is included by default within the OFFICE portfolio services at a cost of 5 euros per month for 12 months. There is no activation or deactivation contribution. At the end of the 12th month the service provides for automatic renewal, less than a withdrawal by contact to 1928.

SECURE WEB
SECURE WEB is a service integrated into the WINDTRE network, able to prevent the most common computer threats such as "phishing", "botnet" and "ransomware". Features such as anti-phishing and malware containment will be integrated into the WINDTRE network, without the need for specific hardware or software installation on their devices. The SECURE WEB option is included by default within the fixed telephony services of the OFFICE portfolio at a cost of 5 euros per month for 12 months. There is no activation or deactivation fee. At the end of the 12th month the service will be automatically renewed, unless a withdrawal is made by contacting 1928. SECURE WEB is a cloud-based security service that operates at the DNS (Domain Name System) level and provides the first line of defense against Internet threats by blocking access requests to malicious destinations before the connection is established. The service verifies the reliability or security of the site you want to access: if the access request is made to a destination considered potentially dangerous by the WINDTRE Business SECURE WEB service, the customer will be prevented from accessing that destination by replacing the requested content with a message (special blocking page) informing the customer of the protection action taken. For any request for access to the blocked page or the deactivation of the SECURE WEB service, you must call 1928. WINDTRE does not guarantee that the SECURE WEB service provides absolute security and protection from computer attacks (malware, phising) due to the continuous development of new technologies for intrusion and attack against files, networks, endpoints. WINDTRE does not guarantee that the SECURE WEB Cloud service will protect all files, networks and endpoints from all malware, viruses and malicious attacks from third parties, but the level and development of the technologies used contribute significantly to reducing the level of exposure to these threats.The monthly fee of the option SECURE WEB, exclusively in combination with the tariff plans OFFICE PLUS SPECIAL Fiber 1000 , OFFICE PLUS Fiber 1000 and OFFICEMAXI Fiber 1000 is a 100% discount for new activations. INTERNET CONTINUITY Internet Continuity is a solution that increases the reliability of the Internet connection by combining the fixed line with a secondary connection based on 3G/4G mobile network. The secondary connection is switched on and off automatically in case of temporary unavailability of fixed connectivity. With Internet Continuity, you can use the Internet even before ADSL and FIBER activation up to 200 Mb/s. The Customer can optionally request, in combination with the Office One product with D Link DVA 5592 modem, the supply of "Internet Continuity" at a promotional cost of 5 euros instead of 29 euros per month (if the data traffic provided by the 30 giga internet tariff plan is carried out in the territorial area of activation of the landline), for 24 months which includes: - Internet Key D-Link DVM 222 sold for 24 months at a cost of 0€/month; in case of deactivation of the SIM card before 24 months will be charged on the last useful invoice the amount of 36 euros - SIM data with tariff plan INTERNET 30 GIGA - Installation guide. Internet Continuity ensures the provision of connectivity (no VoIP) in critical situations of fixed data access infrastructure, is based on the association of an INTERNET KEY USB 3G/ 4G to a modem/ router access to the fixed network, equipped with a USB port that can accommodate the Internet KEY. In case of use of the offer outside the territorial area of activation of the fixed line, Wind will proceed to notify the customer, by SMS, the failure to comply with the conditions of use of the offer. In cases of repeated violation of the conditions of the offer, the cost of the offer will increase to 29 euros per month.

SUPER INTERNATIONAL
The Option has a fee of 3€/month and allows you to make unlimited calls from Italy to abroad. The option is valid for the following countries: Alaska, Andorra, Austria, Azores, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, Czech Republic ,Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hawaii, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Holland, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, USA, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey. Excluded are satellite numbers, audiotext, special tariff numbers, premium numbers, national rate.

INTERNET CONTINUITY
​Internet Continuity is a solution that increases the reliability of the Internet connection by flanking the fixed line with a secondary connection based on 3G/4G mobile network. The secondary connection comes into operation and automatically shuts down in case of temporary unavailability of fixed connectivity. With Internet Continuity, it is possible to use the Internet even before the activation of the chosen offer .The customer can optionally request, in conjunction with the Super Office One product, the provision of "Internet Continuity" at a promotional cost of €5 instead of €29 per month (if the data traffic under the Internet 30 GIGA tariff plan is carried out in the territorial area of activation of the fixed line), for 24 months which includes:
- Internet Key D - Link DVM 222 sold for 24 months at a cost of 0€/month; in case of deactivation of the SIM before 24 months, the amount of 36€ will be charged on the last useful invoice
- Data SIM with INTERNET 30 GIGA tariff plan
- Installation Guide. Internet Continuity guarantees the provision of connectivity (no VoIP) in critical situations of the fixed data access infrastructure, and is based on the association of an INTERNET KEY USB 3G/4G to a Fixed Network Access Modem/router, equipped with a USB port capable of hosting the Internet KEY. In case of use of the offer outside the territorial area of activation of the fixed line, Wind will proceed to notify the customer, by SMS, of the non-compliance with the conditions of use of the offer. In cases of repeated violation of the conditions of the offer, the cost of the offer will increase to €29 per month.

As from January 2024, in the event of a positive annual change in the FOI national consumer price index recorded by ISTAT in October of the previous year, WINDTRE shall be entitled to increase the monthly price of the Service by a percentage amount equal to the change in such index or at least 5% within the first quarter of the year. The adjustment does not constitute a contractual amendment within the meaning of Article 2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and, therefore, does not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the Contract at no cost. Conditions of use of the service and traffic limitations
As provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, which can be viewed in full in the Tariff Transparency section, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, in the event of improper use or that exceeds the reasonable limits of use indicated in the General Conditions themselves.
The customer will be informed, with prior notice, of any suspension by a specific communication.
Such reference limits are:

 

1. daily outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 160 minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS;
2. monthly outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 1250 minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS;
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing traffic and in any case not exceeding 50% of total vs. mobile traffic;
4. outgoing daily/monthly traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to a single mobile operator other than Wind Tre S.p.A., no more than 40% of total outgoing traffic and in any case no more than 30% of total mobile traffic;
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to your own network of Wind Tre S.p.A. users is no more than 80% of total outgoing traffic;
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic aimed at self-charging more than two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS; monthly roaming traffic outside the EU (voice / data / SMS) is not more than 20% of total monthly traffic;
7. daily/monthly outgoing traffic for international calls not exceeding 20% of total outgoing traffic;
8. extra-EU roaming traffic in a number of days exceeding 31 (thirty-one) out of a total period of 60 consecutive days.
 

For plans, options or promotions that include unlimited voice and SMS/MMS traffic without thresholds of minutes or SMS/MMS, parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply and the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatism in the application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
1. total daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing voice or text message traffic;
2. the ratio of daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators and incoming voice or text message traffic from other operators must not exceed 3 (three); without prejudice to the absence of any automatic mechanism for applying the precautions provided for in order to exceed this ratio.

For plans, options and/or promotions that provide for unlimited data traffic included, the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatic application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
