The service, product of the collaboration between iPratico and Wind Tre Business, to manage your restaurant comfortably from an iPad, already included in the service, to take orders and then proceed with all the necessary register operations. Smart Point provides as well a service to comply with the electronic receits management, as per regulation of the July 1st, 2019.

Once you've passed the order to the kitchen, use the same device to make sure the requested dishes make their way to the right table. Finally, allow your clients to pay in the register mode, one again with the same iPad, connected to a receipts-printer, already included, and print one or more receipts. You can also issue an invoice: it's so easy, you just have to click!

The service can be subscribed by all the clients having already a Wind Tre Business mobile (prepaid and/or postpaid; it should be different from the Leonardo Mega U-Start plan, used for the service fee and subscribed at the same moment of the Smart Point contract) or a fixed-line contract. To activate the Smart Point service the customer will sign: the Wind Tre Business Contract Proposal for the Smart Point service and the Contract Proposal for the Leonardo Mega U-Start SIM card, data only postpaid SIM card and associated with the Smart Point service at no cost for the Customer but essential as payment method (SDD or Credit Card) in order to debit the amounts provided for the Smart Point service on the telephone account on a bi-monthly basis. The duration of the contract is 24 months. The contract will be renewed upon expiration for a further period of 24 months unless terminated. Termination should be reported by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, enclosing a copy of a valid ID, or by Certified Mail to be sent to CustomerCareWindTreBusiness@pec.windtre.it or by calling 1928 free of charge. The hardware components are not included in the cost of the service and the customer must arrange the purchase exclusively through the iPratico partner.
