    To make sure that you always have available data, you can purchase an Extra plan that automatically activates when the first batch of data runs out. If you choose to not activate any of the Extra packages then, one you run out of data, you won't be able to browse anymore. However you can update your SMARTSHARE plan at anytime and choose the right solution for you.

    SMARTSHARE The Internet traffic used by the SIMs in Italy and in the EU, USA and Switzerland is only provided by SMARTSHARE packs. For this reason, the combination of the 5 SMARTSHARE packs with the 2 voice plans and SMS Unlimited and 500 and/or with the ONLY GIGA data only plan is mandatory: SIMs cannot be activated with one of these 3 tariff plans without this association. Each SIM is only associated with one SMARTSHARE pack. The data traffic provided by the packs (except for SMARTSHARE 2GB which cannot be shared) can be shared by several SIMs, activated both with the two voice and SMS plans and with the data only plan.
    The sharing is not subject to any conditions whatsoever: each SIM can freely use the total data provided by the data pack to which it is connected until this has been fully consumed. The maximum numbers of SIMS that can be associated with the packages are 3 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 10GB, 6 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 20GB, 15 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 50GB and 30 SIMs for SMARTSHARE 100GB. The SMARTSHARE packs have a monthly pro-rata cost, which varies based on the chosen pack and is listed in the invoice for the calendar month for which the traffic included in the pack is provided.
    The Internet traffic included in the DATA packs is the Internet and WAP traffic used in Italy, the EU, USA and Switzerland by LTE, HSDPA, EDGE UMTS and GPRS via the APNs internet.it. The Internet traffic used in International Roaming, except in the countries of the EU, the USA and Switzerland, Intranet traffic, data and FAX calls and the GSM data traffic are excluded from the offer and charged based on consumption in line with the terms and conditions of the tariff plan active on the SIMs.
    The data traffic included in the offer is valid in the calendar month of reference: any traffic not used cannot be combined or used in the next month. In case the amount of Internet traffic included in the offer is fully consumed, Extra SMARTSHARE packs which provide additional data is available. The size of the DATA boost cannot be chosen but depends on the original data pack. A DATA boost can be activated automatically when the original data pack is consumed. It is also possible not to activate any DATA boost. The data traffic included in the DATA boost is valid in the calendar month of reference: any traffic not used cannot be combined or used in the next month. Each SMARTSHARE DATA boost has a monthly cost which is charged in full, even in case it is only partially used in the calendar month of reference. It is charged over and above the cost of the basic data pack. This cost will only be charged when the DATA boost is effectively used.
    When the traffic included in the DATA boost runs out, or the original data pack runs out and the customer has not opted for the DATA boost, the Internet traffic will be blocked. In case the Internet traffic is blocked, the customer can upgrade the data pack associated with the blocked SIMs or change the parameter of the DATA boost. Both can be done by calling 1928. In case of a change in the size of the data pack which means a reduction in the provided data, the customer will be liable to pay a one-off contribution of 20 euro. TARIFF PLANS The traffic covered by the offer does not include notification, entertainment and news SMS messages sent in international roaming or to foreign operators except the voice, SMS and data traffic to and from the countries of the European Union, USA and Switzerland. Once the thresholds of the traffic included in the offers have been exceeded, the rates applied are: 0.15 €/minute for national voice calls to everyone, with no connection fee and charged by the second, 0.10 €/TEXT to national mobile operators, 0.20 €/MMS to everyone. For offers that include them, minutes and SMS messages are unlimited except when the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and correctness, for purposes other than personal use and for the performance of mass communication activities pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for Wind telecommunications services.
    The use of national offers in Europe with no additional cost is allowed during occasional trips and in compliance with the policies of correct use defined pursuant to European Regulation 2016/2286 with a view to preventing its misuse and inappropriate use and to guarantee the economic sustainability of the offer in its entirety. Any inappropriate use of this possibility will lead to the application of the set price increases and of additional measures designed to protect the operator envisaged by the law. Details regarding the policies of correct use and thee ways in which the price increase will be applied, if necessary, will be promptly provided to the clientele.     The ONLY GIGA plan only covers data traffic and SMS traffic. The tariff plans envisage the use of a telephone credit and the cost is charged monthly by sending an invoice which entitles the customer to use the traffic included in the offer associated with the tariff plan.
    The Only Giga Offer has an activation cost of € 85; the customer can choose, at the time of activation, whether to pay the 85 euros in a single solution or pay a fee of 10 € (instead of 85 €); the remaining 80 € will not be charged with SIM / Active Offer for the entire duration of the contract (24 months). In case of early withdrawal before 24 months, the portion of the value of the remaining 80 € will be charged, in proportion to the remaining time (value corresponding to the months of non-stay).  
    The activation of the GIGASHARE offer can occur only after the activation of the automatic top-up service and after the successful result of a background check up of credit and fraud risks by Wind Tre S.p.A.
    For the Automatic Threshold Top-Up, the top-up is activated when a pre-established credit threshold is reached (which can vary based on the customer’s tariff plan); for the Automatic Time Top-Up, the top-up is activated every month on the day of the month that corresponds to the day on which the Pay as you Go SIM Card was first activated. The maximum number of automatic top-ups that can be activated per month is four for the Unlimited and ONLY GIGA price lists and two for the 500 price list. Each SIM cannot have residual credit of more than 1,500 euro.
    The voice and SMS traffic included in the plans and options is re-attributed on the first day of every month. The values of the monthly costs, the rates of the voice calls, SMS messages and data calls are net of VAT. The values of First Top-Up, Top-Up and Threshold Top-Up include VAT. The unlimited calls towards company landlines include all the calls made to all landlines associated with the same Wind telephone count (except the lines with GNR system) The calls to SIMs with WPN option or to landlines with GNR system are charged at the price listed in the tariff plan.
