SUPER FLEX offers every month 100 GIGA in Italy, 30GB in EU and UK, unlimited minutes and 100 SMS valid in Italy, EU and UK, 20 minutes of international calls to the world at a cost of €24.99/month. The bundle of international calls is valid from Italy to the whole world (including the EU); Algeria, Cuba, Kosovo, Montenegro, Senegal, Somalia, Tunisia, numers at extra costs, satellite and premium numbers are excluded. Calls included in the bundle are charged by the second; once the included traffic threshold has been exceeded, standard charges will apply. The Internet traffic included is the Internet and WAP traffic developed in Italy and in the EU under LTE, HSDPA, EDGE UMTS and GPRS coverage through internet.it APNs. Internet traffic in International Roaming, with the exception of EU countries and the UK, Intranet traffic, data calls and FAX and GSM data traffic are excluded and charged according to consumption as foreseen by the tariff plan active on the SIM. Once the amount of internet traffic included in the bundle has been used up, internet traffic will be blocked. Traffic included in the bundle does not include SMS notification, entertainment and information, voice traffic or SMS in international roaming or to foreign operators with the exception of traffic from EU and UK countries. Once the bundle of internet traffic available in the EU and UK in the SUPER FLEX tariff plan has been used up, the surfing rate will be 0.0021 €/Mega VAT included. When the included traffic thresholds are exceeded, the rates applied are 10 cents/SMS to national mobile operators, 20 cents/MMS to all. For offers that include them, voice and internet traffic is unlimited unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use and for the performance of mass communication activities in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract for WINDTRE telecommunications services. The use of domestic offers in the EU without any surcharge is allowed within occasional travel and in compliance with the fair use policies defined pursuant to European Regulation 2016/2286 in order to prevent abuse and abnormal use as well as to ensure the economic sustainability of the offer as a whole. Any inappropriate use will result in the application of the foreseen surcharges and the additional measures to protect the operator foreseen by the regulations. Details of the fair use policies and the methods for applying any surcharges will be made available to customers in a timely manner. The countries in which the offer is valid are all those of the European Union plus the countries of the European Economic Area (EEA): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus (excluding the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus) Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, (including Guadeloupe, French Guiana, La Reunion, Mayotte, Martinique) Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary. For the United Kingdom, at the moment and until expressly stated otherwise, WINDTRE applies the same pricing as for countries within the European Union. For any further information or clarification, please consult the General Terms and Conditions on the windtrebusiness.it website. From January 2024, in the event of a positive annual change in the national FOI consumer price index recorded by ISTAT in the month of October of the previous year, WINDTRE is entitled to increase within the first quarter of the year the monthly price of the Service by a percentage amount equal to the change in such index or at least 5%. The adjustment does not constitute a contractual amendment within the meaning of Article 2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and, therefore, does not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the Contract without cost. Please remember, when roaming abroad, to always put the international dialling code of the destination country in front of the number you call. To use the roaming service in the USA with some operators you need to have the Volte service active on your SIM and a compatible smartphone. There is a one-off charge of €15 for activating the SIM. Activation of the SUPER FLEX plan is subject to activation of the automatic top-up service and the positive outcome of the credit risk and fraud checks carried out by Wind Tre S.p.A. The Automatic Top-up is automatically set to a Threshold amount of 10 euros, but you will have the option to choose an alternative Time-based Automatic Top-up. It will be possible to subsequently modify the characteristics of the Automatic Recharge, described in the specific technical and economic annexes, by calling 1928. All amounts indicated are exclusive of VAT.

Conditions of use of the service and traffic limitations
As provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, which can be viewed in full in the Tariff Transparency section, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, in the event of improper use or that exceeds the reasonable limits of use indicated in the General Conditions themselves.
The customer will be informed, with prior notice, of any suspension by a specific communication.
Such reference limits are:

 

1. daily outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 160 minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS;
2. monthly outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 1250 minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS;
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing traffic and in any case not exceeding 50% of total vs. mobile traffic;
4. outgoing daily/monthly traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to a single mobile operator other than Wind Tre S.p.A., no more than 40% of total outgoing traffic and in any case no more than 30% of total mobile traffic;
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to your own network of Wind Tre S.p.A. users is no more than 80% of total outgoing traffic;
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic aimed at self-charging more than two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS; monthly roaming traffic outside the EU (voice / data / SMS) is not more than 20% of total monthly traffic;
7. daily/monthly outgoing traffic for international calls not exceeding 20% of total outgoing traffic;
8. extra-EU roaming traffic in a number of days exceeding 31 (thirty-one) out of a total period of 60 consecutive days.
 

For plans, options or promotions that include unlimited voice and SMS/MMS traffic without thresholds of minutes or SMS/MMS, parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply and the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatism in the application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
1. total daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing voice or text message traffic;
2. the ratio of daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators and incoming voice or text message traffic from other operators must not exceed 3 (three); without prejudice to the absence of any automatic mechanism for applying the precautions provided for in order to exceed this ratio.

For plans, options and/or promotions that provide for unlimited data traffic included, the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatic application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
