The service can be subscribed by all the clients having already a WINDTRE BUSINESS mobile (prepaid and/or postpaid; it should be different from the Leonardo Mega U-Start plan, used for the service fee and subscribed at the same moment of the Easy Case contract) or a fixed-line contract. To activate the Easy Case service the customer will sign: the WINDTRE BUSINESS Contract Proposal for the Easy Case service and the Contract Proposal for the Leonardo Mega U-Start SIM card, data only postpaid SIM card and associated with the Easy Case service at no cost for the Customer but essential as payment method (SDD or Credit Card) in order to debit the amounts provided for the Easy Case service on the telephone account on a bi-monthly basis. The duration of the contract is 24 months. The contract will be renewed upon expiration for a further period of 24 months unless terminated. Termination should be reported by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, enclosing a copy of a valid ID, or by Certified Mail to be sent to CustomerCareWindTreBusiness@pec.windtre.it or by calling 1928 free of charge. The hardware components are not included in the cost of the service and the customer must arrange the purchase exclusively through the partner A.T.S Assistance Technical Service.
