Offer Info and Details

All the Super OfficeOne offers include a modem, provided through a sale on installments credit terms of 5€/month for 24 months, including assistance and the free of charge Kasko service. The offer includes the KASKO service, free of charge, in the event of the purchase of the Super OfficeOne solution with a modem. Should the modem be damaged by an accident or malfunction, the KASKO service guarantees a replacement device.
Alternatively, the Client can purchase the Super OfficeOne offer without a modem and then acquire separately a modem compatible with the offer. In this case, however, he could not receive the expected quality of the service provided. The browsing speed could be different from the one advertised and Wind Tre is not required to provide technical support for the setup and the settings of the modem and the Wi-Fi, even for the connected devices. Also, there won't be any updates sent remotely on the modem firmware. Wind Tre will provide free of charge assistance only for problems on the clients' line. The parameters are listed in the Other Modem Settings page.
The una-tantum activation fee is of 120 euro (including the support of a technician for the FTTH FIBER setup) can be paid with:
  • a single installment in the first invoice
  • 5€/month for 24 months If the
Clients terminates the contract before the payment of the last installment of the activation fee, the Client will have to pay, in a single installment or more fees with the same time gap and same payment method, for all the remaining fees.
Your calls in Italy are unlimited. You'll always pay the same monthly amount, with no limitations on numbers or calls duration. The additional 100 minutes included in the offer per month do not include the special tariff calls and those made towards international numbers, with the exception of the calls towards fixed-line and mobile numbers of EU countries, Switzerland, USA and Canada.
What is the difference between FTTC and FTTH fibre? The main difference is the internet speed.

FTTC is the connection consisting of fibre optic cables to the cabinet; the connection to the modem is made directly with a copper cable. In FTTC connectivity the nominal speed of the line is up to 200 Mbps in download and up to 20 Mbps in upload with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 21 Mbps in download and 2 Mbps in upload.

FTTH fibre is the best performing fibre optic technology at the moment; unlike FTTC technology, the connection to the modem is made directly with a fibre optic cable (not copper). The surfing speed in FTTH fibre connectivity is up to 2.5 Gb/s in download and up to 500 Mb/s in upload with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 200 Mb/s in download and 50 Mb/s in upload.

The actual speeds that can be reached will only be determined after the service has been activated and will in any case depend on the distance from the cabinet, the degree of network congestion, the use of Wi-Fi and the number and type of devices connected.

VOUCHER CONNECTIVITY BUSINESSES
Wind Tre adheres to the Connectivity Voucher Plan promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development to encourage the spread of ultra-wideband in Italy, thanks to the provision of a bonus intended to contribute to the provision of connectivity. The voucher is intended for companies, registered in the relevant register, and also to all natural persons holding a VAT number who exercise, on their own or in associated form, an intellectual profession within the meaning of Article 2229 of the Civil Code (or one of the unorganised professions referred to in Law No. 4 of 14 January 2013) which have a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover that does not exceed € 50 million, against the request for activation of new connectivity services or improvement of connectivity already active. The speed activated must be the best speed available to the civic (both in case of upgrades and new access). The amount of each voucher may vary from a minimum of € 300 to a maximum of € 2,500 depending on the type of connectivity. It will be possible to request only one voucher per VAT number.
The disbursement of contributions is subject to the actual availability of the relevant funds and the approval of the application.
In case of contextual subscription of the Offer Super Office One Fiber FTTH the cost, thanks to the Connectivity Voucher of € 500 will be € 7.15 for 24 months (discount of € 20.84 / month) and at the end of 24 months will return to the initial price of € 27.99. In case of simultaneous subscription of the Super Office One 200 offer, the cost, thanks to the €300 Connectivity Voucher, will be €15.49 for 24 months (€12.5/month discount) and at the end of 24 months it will return to the initial price of €27.99. Billing is bimonthly. The minutes included in the plans are calculated per two-month period. For offers that include them, calls are unlimited unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for the performance of mass communication activities in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract for WINDTRE telecommunications services. For any clarification and deepening consult the General Conditions of Contract on the site windtrebusiness.it. The offer is subject to the signing of a contract with a duration of 24 months. The traffic included in the plans does not include calls at special rates and calls to international numbers with the exception of a cap of 100 minutes of calls to fixed and mobile numbers in Western Europe, USA and Canada. In FTTC connectivity, the nominal line speed is up to 200 Mbps in download and up to 20 Mbps in upload with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 21 Mbps in download and 2 Mbps in upload. The surfing speed in FTTH fibre connectivity is up to 2.5 Gbps in download and 500 Mbps in upload with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 200 Mbps in download and 50 Mbps in upload and is the maximum achievable: the actual speed depends on the level of coverage, the degree of congestion, the type of network and the type of device used. The FTTH (Fiber to the Home) offer is only available in the cities listed in the link "Discover where FIBRA FTTH is available". The offer includes an activation cost per line of € 120 (including the intervention of a specialized technician in the case of Fiber FTTH) which can be paid, according to the customer's choice: 1) in a lump sum charged in the first invoice 2) in installments over 24 months with an installment of € 5 / month. In case of withdrawal before 24 months, the customer can choose to continue to enjoy the installment plan or to pay the remaining amounts in a lump sum. The offer includes the supply of the modem in installment plan for 5 €/month for 24 months with assistance service and free KASKO. The KASKO service is included and free of charge if you choose to purchase the Super Office One option with modem included. In the event of accidental damage or malfunction, the KASKO service guarantees the replacement of the modem. Alternatively, the Customer may choose to purchase the Super OfficeOne offer without modem and purchase a modem compatible with the chosen offer profile but in this case he/she may not receive the expected quality of service. Internet speed may be different from that communicated and WINDTRE is not obliged to provide technical assistance on the installation and configuration of the Modem and Wi-Fi, even for connected devices. In addition, no remote updates will be sent on the firmware of the modem. WINDTRE is committed to providing free assistance only in case of possible problems on the customer's line. The general parameters can be found on the page Configuration Other Modems. Offers in FTTC and Fibre FTTH technology include the provision of fixed telephony service in VoIP mode. The VoIP service can have malfunctions and/or interruptions in the supply of the service itself caused by interruption of the electricity supply and/or damage to the electrical system of the customer. The activation of the fixed telephony service over IP does not guarantee the operation of any ancillary services or equipment provided by third parties who base their operation on the traditional telephone line (PABX, smart boxes, intercoms, fax connection, alarms, tele-help, wire broadcasting, service lottomatica, etc.). WINDTRE cannot be held responsible for such limitations In the event of termination of the service, there will be a one-off contribution of an amount equal to the minimum value between the value of the contract and the actual costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the file, as specified in the Technical and Economic Annex of the contract.

INTERNET CONTINUITY
Internet Continuity is a solution that increases the reliability of the Internet connection by adding a secondary connection based on 3G/4G mobile network to the fixed line. The secondary connection comes into operation and is automatically deactivated in case of temporary unavailability of the fixed connectivity. With Internet Continuity, it is possible to use the Internet even before the activation of the chosen offer. The customer can optionally request, in combination with the product Super Office One, the provision of "Internet Continuity" at the promotional cost of € 5 instead of € 29 per month (if the data traffic provided by the Internet 30 GIGA rate plan is carried out in the area of activation of the fixed line), for 24 months which includes:
• Internet Key D - Link DVM 222 sold for 24 months at a cost of €0/month; in case of deactivation of the SIM before 24 months the amount of €36 will be charged on the last useful bill
• Data SIM with INTERNET 30 GIGA tariff plan
• Installation guide. Internet Continuity guarantees the supply of connectivity (no VoIP) in critical situations of the fixed data access infrastructure, and is based on the association of an INTERNET KEY USB 3G/4G to a Modem/router accessing the fixed network, equipped with a USB port able to host the Internet KEY. In case of use of the offer outside the territorial area of activation of the fixed line, Wind will notify the customer, by SMS, the non-compliance with the conditions of use of the offer. In cases of repeated violation of the conditions of the offer, the cost of the offer will increase to € 29 per month. 
Conditions of use of the service and traffic limitations
As provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, which can be viewed in full in the Tariff Transparency section, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, in the event of improper use or that exceeds the reasonable limits of use indicated in the General Conditions themselves.
The customer will be informed, with prior notice, of any suspension by a specific communication.
Such reference limits are:

 
  • For all offerings that include Voice and SMS
1. daily outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 160 minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS;
2. monthly outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 1250 minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS;
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing traffic and in any case not exceeding 50% of total vs. mobile traffic;
4. outgoing daily/monthly traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to a single mobile operator other than Wind Tre S.p.A., no more than 40% of total outgoing traffic and in any case no more than 30% of total mobile traffic;
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to your own network of Wind Tre S.p.A. users is no more than 80% of total outgoing traffic;
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic aimed at self-charging more than two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS; monthly roaming traffic outside the EU (voice / data / SMS) is not more than 20% of total monthly traffic;
7. daily/monthly outgoing traffic for international calls not exceeding 20% of total outgoing traffic;
8. extra-EU roaming traffic in a number of days exceeding 31 (thirty-one) out of a total period of 60 consecutive days.
 
  • For all offers that include unlimited Voice or SMS
For plans, options or promotions that include unlimited voice and SMS/MMS traffic without thresholds of minutes or SMS/MMS, parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply and the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatism in the application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
1. total daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing voice or text message traffic;
2. the ratio of daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators and incoming voice or text message traffic from other operators must not exceed 3 (three); without prejudice to the absence of any automatic mechanism for applying the precautions provided for in order to exceed this ratio.

For plans, options and/or promotions that provide for unlimited data traffic included, the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatic application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
  • abnormal monthly traffic volumes at least 5 times higher than the average consumption of customers with homogeneous or similar offers;
  • data traffic volumes higher for three consecutive months than the average monthly traffic volume of customers with homogeneous or similar offers.
