Contract Termination

If you want to terminate the contract, first check its duration in the subscribed Contractual terms and conditions. Normally, the contract’s duration is of 24 (twenty-four) months from its completion.
Subsequently, when possible, it will tacitly renew on a yearly basis, unless notice of cancellation is given via certified email or registered letter with proof of receipt, at least 30 (thirty) days before its expiry.
The duration is calculated for each Access/SIM card separately.
You can, however, terminate the contract at any time, by communicating it to Wind Tre Business via certified email or registered letter with proof of receipt; the termination is effective thirty days after the date when the communication is received.
In case of early termination of a fixed line contract, you must pay a deactivation fee, to partially cover the costs incurred by Wind Tre; the cost of such fee is stated in the “Attachments” of the Contract. Wind Tre is entitled to make the concession of any discounts and/or promotions on the amounts you owe for the various services offered, conditional upon the maintenance of the contract for a certain duration established based on the promotional offer. In such case, if you terminate the contract before the minimum duration of each single promotional offer, you must pay a fee corresponding to the discounts or to the value of the promotion you have benefited from, in accordance with what is stated in the “Attachments” of the Contract.

Also, if you have purchased Products/Devices, without prejudice to the provisions of the Contractual terms and conditions, if you terminate the subscription to the Wind Tre Business mobile telephony services before the expiry of the payment term for said purchased Products, you must pay, in a single payment, all the remaining installments owed for each purchased product.
In case of partial withdrawal from the Contract, said dispositions apply only where the number of purchased products is greater than the number of SIM cards that remain active following the withdrawal.
In such case, the payment of the remaining installments is calculated based on the products that are at a more advanced stage of installments or, in case of products that have the same payment period, based on the products that have a lower sale price. In case of deactivation of the fixed line offer before the contractual expiry, you must still pay, in a single payment, the installments owed for any purchased product or devices.

Finally, if you have contractualised the evolved technical assistance, this service has a duration of 24 months starting from its completion, and is considered to be automatically terminated at the end of such term.
You can withdraw at any time by sending a notice of cancellation via certified email or registered letter with proof of receipt.
If you withdraw from the Contract for subscription mobile telephony services or for prepaid SIM cards and/or from the Contract for the purchase in installments of products/devices, the Contract for the evolved technical assistance services is also considered to be terminated.
In case of partial from the Contract for subscription mobile telephony services or for prepaid SIM cards and/or from the Contract for the purchase in installments of products/devices, it is necessary to inform Wind Tre S.p.A., via certified email or registered letter with proof of receipt, of which terminals you intend to interrupt the evolved technical assistance services on, indicating the necessary IMEI codes; if you fail to do so, Wind Tre S.p.A. reserves the right to continue providing the evolved technical assistance service on the various terminals and you will consequently be held for payment of the corresponding fee for evolved technical assistance.

All communications of termination must be signed by the Legal Representative/Delegate, or by the Insolvency Administrator and/or the Liquidator, and must be sent via certified email to the address CustomerCareWindTreBusiness@pec.windtre.it or via registered letter with proof of receipt to Wind Tre S.p.A. - Servizio Clienti 1928 - Casella Postale n.14155, Ufficio Postale Milano 65 - 20152 Milano.
For a greater protection and an exact identification, the notice of cancellation must be accompanied by the copy of a valid identification document for the requester and signer.
