Code of Conduct for Call Center and Teleselling

AGCOM's Code of Conduct for Call Center Activities and the Data Protection Authority's Code of Conduct for Telemarketing Activities, while similar in scope, are different in their specific object and purpose.
Wind Tre has adhered to the AGCOM code. The code is also published on the AGCOM website.

Wind Tre has already adhered to the code, incorporating its contents in substance, but is still waiting for the Monitoring Body to be set up to complete its formal adherence to it. The code is also published on the Garante website.
