The Secure Web Mobile option can be deactivated at any time at no cost and in that case the offer will remain active at a cost of €34.99/month.

SUPER UNLIMITED PLUS
Bundles of international calls from Italy are valid to the whole world (including the EU); Algeria, Cuba, Kosovo, Montenegro, Senegal, Somalia, Tunisia, premium numbers, satellite and premium numbers are excluded. Calls included in the bundle are charged by the second; once the included traffic threshold has been exceeded, standard charges apply. The Internet traffic included is the Internet and WAP traffic developed in Italy, the EU, the UK, Switzerland and the USA under LTE, HSDPA, EDGE UMTS and GPRS coverage via the internet.it APNs. Internet traffic in International Roaming with the exception of EU countries and the UK, Switzerland and the United States, Intranet traffic, data calls and FAX and GSM data traffic are excluded and charged according to consumption according to the tariff plan active on the SIM. Contractual term of 24 months. The Offer has an activation cost of €90; the Customer may choose, at the time of activation, whether to pay the €90 in a lump sum or to pay a fee of €10 (instead of €90); the remaining €80 will not be charged with the SIM/Offer active for the entire contractual term (24 months). In the event of early termination before 24 months have elapsed, the share of the value of the remaining 80€ will be charged in proportion to the remaining time (value corresponding to the months of non-existence). The included traffic does not include notification, entertainment and information SMS, voice traffic or SMS made in international roaming or to foreign operators with the exception of traffic from EU and UK countries, in Switzerland and in the USA. Once the bundle of internet traffic available in the EU has been used up, the surfing fee will be 0.0021€/Mega VAT included; once the bundle of internet traffic available in Switzerland and the United States has been used up, the Daily Pass will be automatically activated at the first traffic event and the daily fee for zone 1 will be charged on the invoice (unless options with a higher priority are active). Above the indicated threshold, SMS will be charged at the rate of 10 €cent/SMS in Italy and the EU, while in Switzerland and the USA, Daily Pass will be automatically activated and the daily fee for zone 1 will be debited from the bill (unless options with a higher priority are active). The data and SMS traffic included in the tariff plans is reallocated on the first day of each month; all the traffic included in the month in question, if not consumed, cannot be accumulated in the following month and expires irrevocably. Voice and internet traffic is unlimited for the offers that provide for them, unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use and for the performance of mass communication activities in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract relating to WINDTRE telecommunications services. The use of domestic offers in the EU without any surcharge is allowed within occasional travel and in compliance with the fair use policies defined pursuant to European Regulation 2016/2286 in order to prevent abuse and abnormal use as well as to ensure the economic sustainability of the offer as a whole. Any inappropriate use will result in the application of the expected surcharges and further measures to protect the operator provided for in the regulations. Details of the fair use policies and how any overcharging will be applied will be made available to customers in a timely manner. Duration 12 months: upon expiration, the option will automatically renew for the next 12 months. Withdrawal from the option before expiration will result in the payment of an amount of €60 (excluding VAT) as a refund of the promotion applied. You can book the deactivation of the ROAMING PASS option at the end of the 12 months by calling 1928. The traffic bundles included in WEEKLY PASS (400 minutes, 400 SMS, 1GB) are activated at the first traffic event made in one of the countries of the 4 Zones provided and have a weekly cost charged in the invoice. WEEKLY PASS is valid until 11:59:59 p.m. on the 7th day after the first traffic event; there is automatic restart of the same until 11:59:59 p.m. on the 7th day after renewal. At the end of one of the included bundles before the 7th day, the corresponding DAILY PASS option will be automatically activated with automatic restart for a maximum of 3 times until 23:59:59 of the day on which it is activated. When the renewals end or one of the included bundle components ends, all voice, sms and data routes are blocked. In case of switching to another roaming zone during the same week, the first traffic event made in the new zone will be enabled the related bundles and the corresponding weekly fee will be charged.
SECURE WEB MOBILE
Secure Web Mobile is a service integrated into the WINDTRE network, also available for roaming, that can prevent malware such as "phishing," "botnet," and "ransomware." Features such as anti-phishing and malware containment will be integrated into the WINDTRE network, without the need for software installation on mobile devices. The Secure Web Mobile option is an integral part of the offer and thus included with Super Unlimited, Super Unlimited Plus, Super Smart 100, Super Flex, Super Giga 70 and Super Giga Unlimited at a cost of 1 euro/month and can also be activated for My Unlimited, GIGA share and Super Giga 30. The service has an automatic renewal fee unless cancelled. There is no activation or deactivation fee. Secure Web Mobile is the security service that operates at the Domain Name System (DNS) level and provides the first line of defense against threats on the Internet by blocking access requests to malicious destinations before the connection is established. The service verifies the reliability or security of the site to be accessed: if the access request is made to a destination deemed potentially dangerous by WINDTRE Business's Secure Web Mobile service the customer will be inhibited from accessing to that destination by replacing the requested content with a message (special blocking page) informing the customer of the successful protection action. For any request for access to the blocked page or deactivation of the Secure Web Mobile service, it is necessary to call 1928 or use the Customer Area. WINDTRE does not guarantee that the Secure Web Mobile service provides absolute security and protection from cyber attacks (malware, phishing) due to the continuous development of new intrusion and attack technologies towards files, networks, endpoints, but the continuous evolution of the technologies used goes in the direction of containing the cyber risk due to these threats. The Secure Web Mobile service is compatible with the APN internet.it and internet.wind.
From January 2024, in the event of a positive annual change in the national FOI consumer price index recorded by ISTAT in the month of October of the previous year, WINDTRE is entitled to increase within the first quarter of the year the monthly price of the Service by a percentage amount equal to the change in such index or at least 5%. The adjustment does not constitute a contractual amendment within the meaning of Article 2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and, therefore, does not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the Contract without cost. For further details check the General Terms and Conditions.
As provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, which can be viewed in full in the Tariff Transparency section, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, in the event of improper use or that exceeds the reasonable limits of use indicated in the General Conditions themselves.
The customer will be informed, with prior notice, of any suspension by a specific communication.
Such reference limits are:
- For all offerings that include Voice and SMS
2. monthly outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 1250 minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS;
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing traffic and in any case not exceeding 50% of total vs. mobile traffic;
4. outgoing daily/monthly traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to a single mobile operator other than Wind Tre S.p.A., no more than 40% of total outgoing traffic and in any case no more than 30% of total mobile traffic;
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to your own network of Wind Tre S.p.A. users is no more than 80% of total outgoing traffic;
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic aimed at self-charging more than two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS; monthly roaming traffic outside the EU (voice / data / SMS) is not more than 20% of total monthly traffic;
7. daily/monthly outgoing traffic for international calls not exceeding 20% of total outgoing traffic;
8. extra-EU roaming traffic in a number of days exceeding 31 (thirty-one) out of a total period of 60 consecutive days.
- For all offers that include unlimited Voice or SMS
1. total daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing voice or text message traffic;
2. the ratio of daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators and incoming voice or text message traffic from other operators must not exceed 3 (three); without prejudice to the absence of any automatic mechanism for applying the precautions provided for in order to exceed this ratio.
For plans, options and/or promotions that provide for unlimited data traffic included, the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatic application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
- abnormal monthly traffic volumes at least 5 times higher than the average consumption of customers with homogeneous or similar offers;
- data traffic volumes higher for three consecutive months than the average monthly traffic volume of customers with homogeneous or similar offers.
