The Microsoft 365 Business and Microsoft Teams Essentials offers can be activated for both WINDTRE BUSINESS fixed-line and mobile customers, whether new or already active. This Contract is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of licence activation. Thereafter, this Contract shall be automatically renewed for successive periods of 12 (twelve) months, unless it is terminated with at least 30 days' notice prior to the expiry of the period of validity. Termination of the licence entails the loss of all data contained on the Microsoft Cloud. In the event of termination of the Contract, the customer must proceed at his or her own expense to save the data and content associated with the Microsoft licence in accordance with the procedures and timeframes indicated by Microsoft relating to the expiry of the licence on the dedicated page.
