CHANGE OF CONTRACT CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS WITH MOBILE LINES WITH A 3 OFFER

As of May 28, 2022,due to technical requirements arising from the integration of the Wind and 3 networks and services, with the aim of continuing to provide service levels in line with the growing needs of the market, and continuing to invest in the evolution of the network, also with a view to 5G, the mobile lines of 3 customers will be fully managed by WindTre Business systems and active offers will be modified as indicated below and summarised in this Table.
The launch of the new conditions will be confirmed with an SMS sent to all lines subject to contractual changes.
Please note that the new SUPER Unlimited and SUPER Smart offers include an automatic top-up of €10 which will be activated if the remaining credit falls below €5. After receiving the SMS notification of the new conditions, the automatic top-up can be deactivated on request by calling Customer Services on 1928 or by logging into the Customer Area on the windtrebusiness.it website.

Customers affected by the change in contractual conditions have been informed by means of a specific notice, published on the relevant WINDTRE invoice received in December 2021, in which it is possible to check the offers active on the lines subject to the contractual change and the prices currently in force.

With the definitive changeover to WINDTRE systems, Customers:
  • will receive a copy of the Invoice every two months, instead of monthly, with a consequent reduction in the cost of sending a hard copy of the Invoice by 50%
  • will have a new dedicated Customer Service: 1928 instead of the current 139
  • they will have to re-register to the WindTre Business APP and the Customer Area of the windtrebusiness.it website to manage their lines/contracts
  • independently if the line affected by the proposed change is associated with a contract for the purchase of a product in force by instalments (e.g. Tablet, etc.), in order to be more favourable, the instalments will be cancelled and any instalments due will not be charged.
  • The product shall remain the property of the Customer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer does not intend to accept the changes indicated, pursuant to art. 98- septies decies, paragraph 5 of the European Electronic Communications Code (ex art. 70, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 259/03), he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract or switch to another operator, at no cost, by notifying Wind Tre by 28th June 2022 within 60 days of receipt of the specific communication received in the invoice, as provided for by current legislation.
The reason for withdrawal must indicate: "Change in contractual conditions".

If the Customer decides to withdraw and the line affected by this proposed amendment is associated with a contract for the purchase of a product in force by instalments (e.g. Tablet, etc.), the payment will continue by instalments until the due date. Alternatively, before withdrawing from the contract or switching to another operator with the line subject to the tariff change, the customer may choose to pay the remaining instalments in a single instalment, specifying this in the notice of withdrawal.
