Modification of the contractual conditions for Customers with SIM only data ONLY GIGA

With the aim of continuing to improve the quality of the WindTre network and to provide service levels in line with the growing needs of the market, starting from 1 January 2021, the fee for data-only sims with the ONLY GIGA offer active will pass from base price of € 2 to € 4 per month. The cost and any active promotions on other lines, not subject to remodeling, will not undergo changes, allowing customers to continue to enjoy any benefits already active, even in the event of withdrawal of the data line subject to change.

All customers affected by the aforementioned change will receive, by the end of November 2020, a specific communication from WindTre Business. We remind you that the Customer, with the ONLY GIGA offer active on the sims, who does not intend to accept the above change, pursuant to art. 70, paragraph 4 of the Electronic Communications Code, has the possibility to exercise the right of withdrawal from the WindTre Business services active on the ONLY GIGA lines or to switch to another operator with the line subject to the tariff change, at no cost, by notifying WindTre within and no later than 31 December 2020, with the reason for withdrawal "Amendment of the contractual conditions", through one of the following channels:

If the Customer decides to withdraw and the line affected by this proposed amendment is associated with a contract for the purchase in installments of a current product (eg Tablet, etc.), the payment will continue in installments until the expiry date. Alternatively, before withdrawing or switching to another operator with the line subject to the tariff change, you can choose to pay the remaining installments even in a single solution, specifying it in the withdrawal notice.
