Viasat Manager Fleet

VIASAT MANAGER FLEET

  • The Android and iOS tablet app, with dedicated SIM card. It simplifies satellite map browsing and coordinated communication and information exchange between the transportation company office and the driver. 
 
  • If associated with Runtracker localization and satellite protection systems (connected with the Fleet Management Web Console platform), it delivers the Fleet manager the complete and interactive planning of assigned Missions.

DRIVING STYLE

  • The DRIVING STYLE is highlighted through simple and intuitive graphs made through the CANBUS/FMS parameters (braking, consumption, cruise use, stationary consumption) compared to the completed routes (urban, highway, uphill).
 
  • The DRIVING STYLE analysis, processed from the FMS-Standard data on vehicle Can-Bus, is among the most interesting features because it makes it possible to optimize the vehicle use to make the most of its performance and to save on fuel.

The Fleet Manager can access the Fleet Management Platform by visiting the following website: www.runtrackers.net. In the opening screen, they must enter their login credentials received in the service activation communication. Installation must be completed no later than 60 days following the date on which the user signs this Order Form, or in line with the terms of the Installation Plan defined and agreed upon with Wind Tre S.p.A. or its Third Parties. In case of termination of the Contract, for any reason – the Customer must – within the mandatory term of 30 (thirty) days from the date of Withdrawal or Termination, return the on-board equipment loaned to them for their use. Should they fail to return the equipment or return it in a condition that fails to correspond with normal wear and tear, serious enough to compromise the functionality of the same, for reasons attributable to negligence or error in conserving the same, the Customer will be asked to pay a contribution of minimum € 290.00 and maximum € 450.00 for each piece of on-board equipment depending on the type, for failure to return or delay in returning the same. In case of withdrawal from the Main Contract or transition to another operator before the initial term set forth in the Contract, the Customer will be liable to pay the amount corresponding to the subscription fees still to expire which have not already been paid for; deactivating the Services will lead to the total loss of the data and/or material entered by the Customer in their web space, if provided. Duration and renewal: the duration of the Contract is 36 months from the time of its definition. The Contract, also for the purposes of the payments described above in Article 5, will be considered effective starting from the date of acceptance of the Order for the requested Services or, implicitly, when the Certificate of Installation or Testing is issued, independently from the effective use of the Service in question.
