This document aims to describe the ways in which access to the website www.windtrebusiness.it is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users/visitors to it.

Wind Tre S.p.A. (hereinafter “Wind Tre”) hereby guarantees compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree No. 196/03), in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Wind Tre Group.

This information notice only applies to this website and not to any other websites that may be consulted via links (hereinafter “Links”), including any on this website, that lead to websites for which Wind Tre is not the Data Controller.

Furthermore, in line with the principle of transparency that governs the relationship with our users and in compliance with legislation in force (see the ‘Identifying simplified ways of providing information and acquiring consent for the use of cookies’ measure of 8 May 2014), we provide information on the types, purposes of and ways of using/managing cookies sent while browsing websites managed by WINDTRE.

What are cookies?

These stipulate the lawfulness of such technologies for certain legitimate purposes, with regard to electronic preservation for as long as is strictly necessary to send the information or provide a specific service requested by the User. The latter may always object to the processing of their data for the purposes indicated above.
 
Indeed the User, who is understood as having been previously informed, as per Article 13 of the "Code" based on this paragraph, may accept all cookies, receive information on the use of cookies and disable any or all of them by modifying their browser settings themselves. If cookies are disabled, the quality and function of the website’s pages could be compromised.

Due to the COVID-19 Emergeny WindTre company informs the lawyers conducting defensive investigations in the interest of their suspects, defendants or persons wronged in the context of pending criminal proceedings, to send us their requests for telephone and/or telematic traffic details to the following pec address:affariregolamentari@pec.windtre.it recalling that the requests must be accompanied by the appropriate documentation (identity documents; power of attorney; signed declaration of veracity, indemnity, actual and actual injury; undertaking not to use the data for purposes and in areas not permitted). We hereby inform you that at the time and until new date that will be promptly communicated, we cannot guarantee our service for requests that will be sent by registered mail and/or fax.
