Cookies
Furthermore, in line with the principle of transparency that governs the relationship with our users and in compliance with legislation in force (see the ‘Identifying simplified ways of providing information and acquiring consent for the use of cookies’ measure of 8 May 2014), we provide information on the types, purposes of and ways of using/managing cookies sent while browsing websites managed by WINDTRE.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small strings of text that are sent from a website to the browser of the user, saved on their device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) and sent back to the same website the next time the user visits it. Cookies are usually strings of text containing at least the name of the website they come from, the "duration" of the cookies and a number, which is usually a unique number generated at random. Depending on the person responsible for managing the cookies sent from a website, there are two types of cookies:

-  "first-party"cookies are cookies managed directly by the owner and/or editor of the website (WINDTRE);

-  "third-party" cookies are cookies managed by persons from outside the website visited by the user.
 
The use of cookies or similar devices will take place in full compliance with Article 122 of the "Privacy Code" and the "Identifying simplified ways of providing information on and acquiring consent for the use of cookies" measure of 8 May 2014. These stipulate the lawfulness of such technologies for certain legitimate purposes, with regard to electronic preservation for as long as is strictly necessary to send the information or provide a specific service requested by the User. The latter may always object to the processing of their data for the purposes indicated above.
 
Indeed the User, who is understood as having been previously informed, as per Article 13 of the "Code" based on this paragraph, may accept all cookies, receive information on the use of cookies and disable any or all of them by modifying their browser settings themselves. If cookies are disabled, the quality and function of the website’s pages could be compromised.

(hereinafter also WindTre) informs the Lawyers who carry out defensive investigations in the interest of their assisted suspects, defendants or persons offended by the crime within the framework of pending criminal proceedings, that the official certified e-mail address to which to send their requests for details of telephone and/or telematic traffic and/or cell maps is affariregolamentari@pec.windtre.it

The use of a different e-mail address than the one indicated above, for sending requests pursuant to and by effect of art. 132 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 "Code for the Protection of Personal Data" (hereinafter also Privacy Code) as amended by Law Decree 132/2021 by defense attorneys may slow down the processing of the same
