Traffic Details

You can get to know the traffic details of all your business lines, both mobile and fixed, including consumption divided between internet, calls, SMS, content and services (eg: premium services) and more (special numbers) by accessing the Selfcare portal or via App .

Quarterly report
If you have one or more rechargeable SIM cards, in the section dedicated to the aggregate traffic of the Selfcare portal you can generate and download the file containing the detailed report of the last 90 days in excel format. Once generated, the file remains available for download for 6 hours, later you will need to repeat the procedure.

Encrypted traffic detail
You can download the traffic detail through the following ways:
 
  • Selfcare portal

By accessing the Selfcare portal, in the area dedicated to invoices, you can download all the traffic information of your company lines, both mobile and fixed, if you have requested the display within the detail of the single line. After 6 months from the billing date, the traffic detail is no longer available. The service is free.

Contact our Customer Service at 1928 (the sending of the traffic detail could be charged) or consult the Technical Economic Annex of the General Conditions of Contract.


Detail of the unencrypted traffic
If you are the Legal Representative of the Company, you can get the details of the call in clear (billed at 6 months from the request) by sending a written request to:

Paying attention to:
•     report the reason "For needs of real control over the calls charged" and indicating that the printout is required to verify the accuracy of charges
•    affix a legible signature
•    attach photocopy of ID
•    report the list of telephone numbers of interest and the reference invoice number
