Takeover

If you want to take over fill out the Takeover Form accompanied by the necessary documentation and submit it: 
  • by e-mail to:

N.B. It's preferable to send the Legal Representative or the Proxy Delegate via the Company PEC.
 
If you want to acquire contracts and you are already our Client, please send:
  • Valid Chamber of Commerce Visura (6 months) - not required for Public Administrations
  • The Takeover Form filled and signed in each of its parts, both from who is acquiring and who is conceding the proprietorship of the WINDTRE BUSINESS contracts. Signing the form implies unreserved acceptance by the incoming Representative of all the contractual terms in the contract delivered by the Service at the time of its subscription by the Transferor. 

If you want to acquire contracts and you are not our Client, please send:
  • Valid Chamber of Commerce Visura (6 months) - not required for Public Administrations
  • The  Takeover Form filled and signed in each of its parts, both from who is acquiring and who is conceding the proprietorship of the WINDTRE BUSINESS contracts. Signing the form implies unreserved acceptance by the incoming Representative of all the contractual terms in the contract delivered by the Service at the time of its subscription by the Transferor
  • A copy of a valid ID of the Legal Representative or with Power of Attorney

For all the requested cases of  Takeover, complete
or some of its parts, telephone bills already issued and not yet paid have to be checked out; therefore it's necessary to attach the abovementioned documents.
