Variations in corporate and fiscal data
If you are the Legal Representative of your company, to send communications or request changes on company and tax data you can:
- contact Customer Service at 1928 make sure you have your ID with you.

Attach to the communication the Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last 6 months
Attach to the communication the certificate of the VAT number registration and/or the Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last 6 months. Otherwise, attach the articles of association of the new company; in the case of a merger by incorporation, attach as well the notary deed.
Attach to the communication a copy of a valid ID document of the Legal Representative.

Enclose with the notice a copy of the Chamber of Commerce Certificate or VAT Registration Certificate issued no more than 6 months previously and a Power of Attorney attesting to the change and/or appointment of the new pro tempore Legal Representative and the completed and signed Legal Representative Change Request form.
