Upon activation, you'll receive a TEXT and will be able to proceed with the installation and setup of your modem. Check the instruction in the device starter guide. Remember to check out if your modem is compatible with the chosen offer's profile (VDSL, VDSL2, VDSL2-VPlus for FTTC and ADSL, ADSL2 and ADSL2+ for ADSL). In the case you have an FTTH connectivity, check your modem for an SFP slot.

The network architecture requires an SFP module for the FIBER connection usage, provided free of charge. The SFP model compatible with our network is the HUAWEI MA5671A modem, firmware V800R017C00SPH201. Upon choosing the modem you have to verify the presence of an SFP slot for the proper housing of it.
