In this section you can learn about the strings to type into your phone related to all our services.
The voicemail alerts you by a text - free of charge - when you receive a voicemail when you are busy, just cannot answer or unreachable. After you receive a message, you can listen to it in the following 7 days while the one already listened are available from 3 to 10 days. The voicemail is already activated on the SIM card. The service on your smartphone has a cost - in Italy - of 12,40 cents per call.

When you listen to your voicemail from another telephone abroad, an access code in required. The standard code in 2121; if you activated a prepaid or a contract after June 14th, 2004 then the code is 1111. To protect your voicemails and the messages from undesired accesses, modify the standard access code and memorize it.

This service informs you of an incoming call while you are engaged in another conversation; you may answer the call by palcing the current one on hold. Call waiting is already active on this SIM.

Threshold exceeding for clients with subscription plans
 
The service sends you an SMS notification when you reach a certain traffic threshold chosen by you. The threshold is reached by traffic used and not yet invoiced, before any deductions or promotions. With every invoicing period, at the issuance of the phone bill, the threshold is reset and the new traffic count starts for the next two-month period.

To activate the service or change the threshold amount, call the Customer Service al 1928.
This service allows you to forward incoming calls on your smartphone towards a national fixed or mobile number. The cost for forwarding the call towards the stated number is based on the rate foreseen by your rate plan.

Ring Me is the free service that calls back automatically a WINDTRE mobile user already busy in another conversation or with a turned off phone or an out of reach phone. In order to book an authomatic re-call just stay on the line and follow the instructions of the recorded message: when the number will be once again available, Ring Me will connect the person that you were looking for with an authomatic generated call. All you'll have to do will be answer it. It's possible to book up to 6 authomatic calls, 3 of which for an out of reach phone and 3 for a busy number. The single booking will be authomatically deleted if the client will be back online in 30 minutes or will be out of reach for more than 6 hours.

Ring Me will inform you on the status of the service and through the interactive menu will give you the chance to manage it. Ring Me SMS is the free service that will inform you with a text when a called number will be once again available if it is busy at the moment. Ring Me and Ring Me SMS are available in Italy, in the regions where WIND is functioning, for the mobile, plan and prepaid clients, excluded the WIND TRE numbers included in the VPN agencies contracts.

SMS My WINDTRE is the free service that sends you a text with date, time and sender of the received calls while you are busy in another conversation, the phone is turned off or out of reach. SMS My WINDTRE is available also when the credit is zero and the voicemail is active; it is not available when the option of fowarding calling to a landline or mobile is set on the phone. Abroad the service is available for the clients with a plan or the voicemail active. In order to turn on or turn off the SMS My WINDTRE and for any other information please call 403020.
