What is the difference between FTTC and FTTH fiber?
The main difference is the speed of internet browsing. FTTC VULA is the connection made by fiber optic cables up to the cabinet; the connection to the modem is made directly with a copper cable. The upload speed is up to 20 Mb/s and up to 200 Mb/s in download with a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 21 Mb/s in download and 2 Mb/s in upload. In FIBRA FTTH connectivity the nominal speed of the line is: for the FIBRA 1000 profile up to 1 Gbps in download and up to 200 Mbps in upload with a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 100 Mbps in download and 12 Mbps in upload; for the FIBRA 2,5 profile up to 2,5 Gbps in download and up to 500 Mbps in upload with a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 200 Mbps in download and 50 Mbps in upload. The actual speeds that can be reached will be determined only after the activation of the service and depend on the distance from the cabinet, the degree of network congestion, the use of Wi-Fi and the number and type of devices connected. The OFFICE SMART POWER offer includes the supply of the modem on a free loan. The modem will be delivered and configured by a specialized technician commissioned by WINDTRE. After testing, the customer may choose to use his own modem and in this case he must have a modem compatible with the profile of the offer chosen.
VOUCHER CONNECTIVITY BUSINESSES
Wind Tre adheres to the Connectivity Voucher Plan promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development to encourage the spread of ultra-wideband in Italy, thanks to the provision of a bonus to help provide connectivity. The voucher is intended for companies, registered in the relevant register, which have a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover that does not exceed € 50 million, against the request for activation of new connectivity services or improvement of connectivity already active. The speed activated must be the best speed available to the civic (both in case of upgrades and new access). The amount of each voucher may vary from a minimum of € 300 to a maximum of € 2,500 depending on the type of connectivity. It will be possible to request only one voucher per VAT number. The disbursement of contributions is subject to the actual availability of the relevant funds and the approval of the application. In case of contextual subscription of the Office Smart Power Fibra FTTH offer, the cost for speeds above 1 Gb/s, thanks to the Connectivity Voucher of 2000€ will be 189,44€ for 36 months (discount of 55,56€/month) and at the end of the 36 months will return to the initial price of 245€. If the Office Office Smart Power FTTH Offer is subscribed at the same time, the cost for speeds up to 1 Gb/s, thanks to the €500 Connectivity Voucher, will be €224.16 for 24 months (€20.84/month discount) and at the end of 24 months will return to the initial price of €245. In case of simultaneous subscription of the Office Smart Power Offer in FTTC connectivity the cost, thanks to the Connectivity Voucher of 300€ will be 232,5€ for 24 months (discount of 12,5€/month) and at the end of 24 months it will return to the initial price of 245€. OFFICE SMART POWER
Office Smart Power is a pricing plan provided with a virtualized IP PBX on loan for use based on FTTC VULA/FTTH connectivity with 30 lines and a number of extensions varying from 25 to 120 with Standard, Premium or Operator extension features. In case of FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet) VULA network coverage the nominal surfing speed is up to 200 Mb/s in download and 20 Mb/s in upload with a minimum guaranteed bandwidth of 21 Mb/s in download and 2 Mb/s in upload. In FIBRA FTTH connectivity the nominal speed of the line is: for the FIBRA 1000 profile up to 1 Gbps in download and up to 200 Mbps in upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 100 Mbps in download and 12 Mbps in upload; for the FIBRA 2.5 profile up to 2.5 Gbps in download and up to 500 Mbps in upload with guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 200 Mbps in download and 50 Mbps in upload. The FTTH (Fiber to the Home) offer is only available in the cities listed in the link "Discover where FIBRA FTTH is available". For the Office Smart Power tariff plan there is an activation cost of 240 euros; at the time of activation the customer can choose whether to pay the 240 euros in a lump sum or in 24 installments of 10 euros each. In case of early withdrawal only the remaining installments will be charged. Each additional office compared to the first (Optional MULTISEDE) provides a contribution to the activation of the office equal to 60 euros. All costs are billed bi-monthly and charged in arrears. All prices are exclusive of VAT. 

INTERNI
An extension is a Geographical Fixed Network number (CLI) which can be associated with a type of extension chosen from among the following: Standard (IP Phone), Premium (extension with mobility and multi-device features) and Operator Station (advanced workstation for receptionists). The Premium extension can be associated with a WINDTRE BUSINESS SIM, already active or to be activated on the customer's VAT number. The Standard extension and the Premium extension have a monthly cost of 6 euros. The Operator extension has a monthly cost of 20 euros. All costs are billed bimonthly and charged in arrears. The calls generated by the individual numbers are unlimited unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for the performance of massive communication activities in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Contract relating to telecommunications services WINDTRE BUSINESS. The plans include unlimited calls to national landlines and mobiles and to landlines and mobiles in Area 1 (Alaska, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guernsey, Hawaii, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg, Madeira, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Monaco, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America). Voice traffic included in the plan does not include special rate calls. The functionality of Office Smart can be enriched thanks to the availability of some optional extras.

OPTIONAL MULTI-LOCATION
Shared use of the PBX (Private Numbering Plan, Fax Server, MULTI SELECTION/MULTI SELECTION PREMIUM functionality, company address book, etc.) from multiple locations. MY CONFERENCE/MY CONFERENCE LARGE that adds Audio/Video Conferencing, Conference Rooms, Unified Communication and Collaboration features to the Premium Interior (MY CONFERENCE/MY CONFERENCE LARGE service is provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., with platforms installed in the USA). MULTI SELECTION/MULTI SELECTION PREMIUM (Interactive Voice Response): Automatic multiple choice voice responder to handle incoming calls by directing them to the most appropriate business function. FAX/POS: Analog ports (max 2) for the connection and use of traditional FAX and electronic payment devices (POS). EFAX: FAX Server that adds FAX functionality without the need for dedicated hardware. CALL DISTRIBUTOR LIGHT (Automatic Call Distribution) for the optimized management of incoming calls that allows each call to be handled by the most suitable group of operators. In combination with Office Plus and Office Maxi profiles, an IAD (Integrated Access Device) device is provided on loan for use; Wind Tre S.p.A., or a company delegated by it, will make an appointment with the customer for the installation of the device. It is excluded, however, the configuration of the local area network (LAN) of the Customer, as well as the configuration of Wi-Fi after the activation of the Service. It is included in the service the comodato d'uso, the maintenance of the apparatus of access IAD. It will be possible to manage numbering arcs in GNR (acquired in NP), transforming part of the numbers contained therein into individual CLIs. Any numbers that are part of the GNR and not used will remain available for future expansion at the request of the customer. Any requests for Number Portability to another operator for one or more of the numbers that are part of the GNR range will involve the transfer of the entire GNR range to the destination operator. It will also be possible to request the NP transfer of numbers originally stored on ISDN/BRI accesses with the obligation to request the transfer of the progenitor of a group of ISDN numbers (in the context of ISDN/BRI access, one of the subscriber numbers of the access is designated as the progenitor since it identifies all the numbers of a group: a maximum of 8 numbers of which the first one that includes them is called progenitor and the others secondary). The customer must be able to choose which and how many numbers that are part of the original multinumber to activate with the WINDTRE BUSINESS service. If the customer requests the total or partial transfer of these numbers to another operator, it will be possible to transfer all or some of the numbers to NP.

DEVICES
It is possible to purchase IP Phones, Dect Base Stations, Switches and Access Points on a 24-month instalment plan. The devices are shipped to the customer's premises once the line has been successfully installed. It is possible to purchase a number of IP-Phones/DECT IP Phones less than or equal to the number of subscribed fixed extensions. The equipment is offered for sale in instalments over 24 months, with payment in instalments charged directly to the bill for the fixed line service. The offer is subject to the signing of an Office Smart contract and maintenance of the same for 24 months. When activating the Office Smart offer, the customer can choose whether, in the event of withdrawal, to continue to benefit from the instalment plan or to pay the remaining amounts in a single instalment. The promotions are valid while stocks last and only for new activations by 28 February 2022. Contract term 24 months.

EQUIPMENT PROMOTION
The devices are offered with a sales formula in installments over 24 months and it is expected the payment of its consideration in installments charged directly in the invoice of the service Office Smart: there may be an advance (charged in the first invoice after activation of the service), 24 monthly installments and a final installment (charged at the same time as the last monthly installment). If the customer is in compliance with the contractual term and has punctually and fully paid the installments due, he will be entitled to a credit in the invoice of an amount equal to the final installment. During the activation of the Office Smart Offer, the customer can choose, in case of withdrawal, to continue to enjoy the installment plan or to pay the remaining amounts in a lump sum. The Customer has the possibility to purchase, for each Standard/Premium Area actually activated, an IP-Phone, Dect Kit, Sound Station among the available models. The devices must be purchased at the same time as signing the Office Smart contract. The offer is subject to the signing of an Office Smart contract and the maintenance of the Office price plan chosen when signing the contract (or subscription of the Office Smart Power price plan). WINDTRE BUSINESS reserves the right to replace the model of equipment indicated, in case of exhaustion of stocks, with an apparatus of equivalent value. INTERNET CONTINUITY
Internet Continuity is a solution that increases the reliability of the Internet connection by adding to the fixed line a secondary connection based on 3G/4G mobile network. The secondary connection comes into operation and is automatically deactivated in case of temporary unavailability of the fixed connectivity. With Internet Continuity, it is possible to use the Internet even before the activation of the chosen offer. The customer can optionally request, in combination with the product Super Office One, the provision of "Internet Continuity" at the promotional cost of € 5 instead of € 29 per month (if the data traffic provided by the Internet 30 GIGA tariff plan is carried out in the territorial area of activation of the fixed line), for 24 months that includes
  • Internet Key D - Link DVM 222 sold for 24 months at a cost of €0/month; in case of deactivation of the SIM before 24 months, the amount of €36 will be charged on the last useful invoice
  • Data SIM with INTERNET 30 GIGA tariff plan
  • Installation guide. Internet Continuity guarantees the supply of connectivity (no VoIP) in critical situations of the fixed data access infrastructure, and is based on the association of an INTERNET KEY USB 3G/4G to a Modem/router accessing the fixed network, equipped with a USB port able to host the Internet KEY. In case of use of the offer outside the territorial area of activation of the fixed line, Wind will notify the customer, by SMS, the non-compliance with the conditions of use of the offer. In cases of repeated violation of the conditions of the offer, the cost of the offer will increase to € 29 per month.
Conditions of use of the service and traffic limitations
As provided for in the General Conditions of Contract, which can be viewed in full in the Tariff Transparency section, WINDTRE reserves the right to suspend the service, in whole or in part, in the event of improper use or that exceeds the reasonable limits of use indicated in the General Conditions themselves.
The customer will be informed, with prior notice, of any suspension by a specific communication.
Such reference limits are:

 
  • For all offerings that include Voice and SMS
1. daily outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 160 minutes and/or 200 SMS/MMS;
2. monthly outgoing traffic per voice/SIM channel not exceeding 1250 minutes and/or 2000 SMS/MMS;
3. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing traffic and in any case not exceeding 50% of total vs. mobile traffic;
4. outgoing daily/monthly traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to a single mobile operator other than Wind Tre S.p.A., no more than 40% of total outgoing traffic and in any case no more than 30% of total mobile traffic;
5. daily/monthly outgoing traffic (minutes and/or SMS/MMS) per voice/SIM channel directed to your own network of Wind Tre S.p.A. users is no more than 80% of total outgoing traffic;
6. daily outgoing or incoming traffic aimed at self-charging more than two hours of conversation and 50 SMS or MMS; monthly roaming traffic outside the EU (voice / data / SMS) is not more than 20% of total monthly traffic;
7. daily/monthly outgoing traffic for international calls not exceeding 20% of total outgoing traffic;
8. extra-EU roaming traffic in a number of days exceeding 31 (thirty-one) out of a total period of 60 consecutive days.
 
  • For all offers that include unlimited Voice or SMS
For plans, options or promotions that include unlimited voice and SMS/MMS traffic without thresholds of minutes or SMS/MMS, parameters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above do not apply and the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatism in the application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
1. total daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators not exceeding 60% of total outgoing voice or text message traffic;
2. the ratio of daily outgoing voice or text message traffic to other operators and incoming voice or text message traffic from other operators must not exceed 3 (three); without prejudice to the absence of any automatic mechanism for applying the precautions provided for in order to exceed this ratio.

For plans, options and/or promotions that provide for unlimited data traffic included, the use of the Service that complies with the following parameters is understood to be compliant (without prejudice to the absence of any automatic application of the precautions provided for their exceedance):
  • abnormal monthly traffic volumes at least 5 times higher than the average consumption of customers with homogeneous or similar offers;
  • data traffic volumes higher for three consecutive months than the average monthly traffic volume of customers with homogeneous or similar offers.
