The OFFICE SMART POWER offer includes the supply of the modem on a free loan. The modem will be delivered and configured by a specialized technician commissioned by WINDTRE. After testing, the customer may choose to use his own modem and in this case he must have a modem compatible with the profile of the offer chosen.
VOUCHER CONNECTIVITY BUSINESSES
Wind Tre adheres to the Connectivity Voucher Plan promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development to encourage the diffusion of ultra-wide bandwidth in Italy, thanks to the disbursement of a bonus intended to contribute to the provision of connectivity. The voucher is intended for companies, registered in the relevant register, which have a maximum of 250 employees and an annual turnover of no more than €50 million, against a request for activation of new connectivity services or improvement of already active connectivity. The speed activated must be the best speed available at the civic (both in the case of upgrades and new access). The amount of the individual voucher may vary from a minimum of €300 to a maximum of €2,500 depending on the type of connectivity. Only one voucher can be requested per VAT number. The disbursement of contributions is subject to the actual availability of the relevant funds and the approval of the application. The contributions provided for by the Voucher Plan are granted through public funds and subject to specific conditions of membership.
If the Office Smart Power Fibra FTTH Offer is subscribed to at the same time, the cost for speeds above 1 Gb/s, thanks to the €2000 Connectivity Voucher, will be €189.44 for 36 months (discount of €55.56/month) and at the end of the 36 months will return to the initial price of €245. If the Smart Power FTTH Offer is subscribed to at the same time, the cost for speeds of up to 1 Gb/s, thanks to the €500 Connectivity Voucher, will be €224.16 for 24 months (discount of €20.84/month) and at the end of 24 months will revert to the initial price of €245. The calls generated by the individual numbers are unlimited unless the service is used contrary to the criteria of good faith and fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for the performance of massive communication activities in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Contract relating to telecommunications services WINDTRE BUSINESS. MY CONFERENCE/MY CONFERENCE LARGE that adds Audio/Video Conferencing, Conference Rooms, Unified Communication and Collaboration features to the Premium Interior (MY CONFERENCE/MY CONFERENCE LARGE service is provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc., with platforms installed in the USA). MULTI SELECTION/MULTI SELECTION PREMIUM (Interactive Voice Response): Automatic multiple choice voice responder to handle incoming calls by directing them to the most appropriate business function. FAX/POS: Analog ports (max 2) for the connection and use of traditional FAX and electronic payment devices (POS). EFAX: FAX Server that adds FAX functionality without the need for dedicated hardware. CALL DISTRIBUTOR LIGHT (Automatic Call Distribution) for the optimized management of incoming calls that allows each call to be handled by the most suitable group of operators. In combination with Office Plus and Office Maxi profiles, an IAD (Integrated Access Device) device is provided on loan for use; Wind Tre S.p.A., or a company delegated by it, will make an appointment with the customer for the installation of the device. It is excluded, however, the configuration of the local area network (LAN) of the Customer, as well as the configuration of Wi-Fi after the activation of the Service. It is included in the service the comodato d'uso, the maintenance of the apparatus of access IAD. It will be possible to manage numbering arcs in GNR (acquired in NP), transforming part of the numbers contained therein into individual CLIs. Any numbers that are part of the GNR and not used will remain available for future expansion at the request of the customer. Any requests for Number Portability to another operator for one or more of the numbers that are part of the GNR range will involve the transfer of the entire GNR range to the destination operator. It will also be possible to request the NP transfer of numbers originally stored on ISDN/BRI accesses with the obligation to request the transfer of the progenitor of a group of ISDN numbers (in the context of ISDN/BRI access, one of the subscriber numbers of the access is designated as the progenitor since it identifies all the numbers of a group: a maximum of 8 numbers of which the first one that includes them is called progenitor and the others secondary). The customer must be able to choose which and how many numbers that are part of the original multinumber to activate with the WINDTRE BUSINESS service. If the customer requests the total or partial transfer of these numbers to another operator, it will be possible to transfer all or some of the numbers to NP.

SECURE WEB is a service integrated into the WINDTRE network, capable of preventing the most common cyber threats such as 'phishing', 'botnets' and 'ransomware'. Features such as anti-phishing and malware containment will be integrated into the WINDTRE network, without the need for specific hardware or software installation on their devices. The SECURE WEB option is included by default within the fixed telephony services of the OFFICE portfolio at a cost of €5 per month for 12 months. There is no activation or deactivation fee. At the end of the 12th month, the service is automatically renewed, unless cancelled by contacting 1928. SECURE WEB is a cloud-based security service that operates at the DNS (Domain Name System) level and provides the first line of defence against threats on the Internet by blocking access requests to malicious destinations before the connection is established. From January 2024, in the event of a positive annual change in the national FOI consumer price index recorded by ISTAT in the month of October of the previous year, WINDTRE is entitled to increase within the first quarter of the year the monthly price of the Service by a percentage amount equal to the change in such index or at least 5%. The adjustment does not constitute a contractual amendment within the meaning of Article 2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and, therefore, does not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the Contract without cost.
