To listen to the messages received in your voicemail, you may have to type the 4-digit access code. If you haven’t changed it, the standard code is 2121 or 1111.

- Listening to the messages in your voicemail: the cost corresponds to the rate for a call from the foreign country you are in towards Italy
- Message left in your voicemail: the cost for receiving a message in voicemail varies depending on the foreign Zone you are in
- In the EU zone it is ALWAYS FREE
- In the rest of the world, it corresponds to the cost of an outgoing call summed with an incoming call, with a rate thatvaries depending on the Zone you are in*
*For example, in Zone 2 the reception of a message in voicemail has a cost of 3€/minute, charged in advance every 60 seconds).
With a prepaid SIM, the reception of vocal messages in your voicemail only works if Direct Access roaming services are active and in case of “busy” and “available not picking up”.
With a plan SIM, the reception of vocal messages in your voicemail is always active and the cost is charged solely in case of “busy” and “available not picking up”.To disable any type of transfer to voicemail, type on your smartphone ##004# send (green receiver/key you press to make a call).
