The surfing speed in FTTH fibre connectivity is up to 2.5 Gb/s in download and up to 500 Mb/s in upload with a guaranteed minimum bandwidth of 200 Mb/s in download and 50 Mb/s in upload.

The actual speeds that can be reached will only be determined after the service has been activated and will in any case depend on the distance from the cabinet, the degree of network congestion, the use of Wi-Fi and the number and type of devices connected.

The Office Plus and Office Plus Special offers provides for the supply of the modem on loan for free use. The modem will be delivered and configured by a specialized technician appointed by WindTre. After testing, the Customer can choose to use his own modem and in this case he will have to equip himself with a modem compatible with the profile of the offer chosen. In case of use of equipment freely chosen by the Customer on the free market, the internet speed could be different from that communicated and Wind Tre S.p.A. is not required to provide technical assistance on the installation and configuration of the modem and Wi-Fi, even for connected devices. Furthermore, no remote updates on the modem firmware will be sent. Wind Tre S.p.A. undertakes to provide free assistance only in the event of any problems on the Customer's line.

CIn case of early withdrawal from the offer, the customer can choose to keep the payment deferment or pay the remaining installments in one lump sum.

You can make unlimited calls in Italy and towards the countries included in the solution.

You will always pay the same monthly fee regardless of the number and duration of the calls you made. The traffic included in the plans doesn’t cover special-rate calls and calls towards international numbers, except the calls towards fixed and mobile numbers in the European Union, Switzerland, USA and Canada.

The plans can be subscribed on new line in FWA, FTTC and Fiber FTTH connectivity where network coverage is available. The Office Plus plan can be subscribed for 2 lines and the Office Plus Special plan for 1 line. In ADSL and FTTC connectivity, Office Plus and Office Plus Special can also be subscribed outside WINDTRE network coverage. There is an activation fee of €240. customer may choose either to pay in one lump sum at the time of activation of the offer or to defer the payment in 48 monthly installments worth €5.00 each or to pay €120.00 at the time of activation of the offer and the remaining portion of €120.00 in 24 monthly installments worth €5.00 each. In case of early termination of the offer, the customer may choose to keep the payment deferment or pay the remaining installments in one lump sum. From January 2024, in the event of a positive annual change in the national FOI consumer price index recorded by ISTAT in the month of October of the previous year, WINDTRE is entitled to increase within the first quarter of the year the monthly price of the Service by a percentage amount equal to the change in such index or at least 5%. The adjustment does not constitute a contractual amendment within the meaning of Article 2.4 of the General Terms and Conditions and, therefore, does not entitle the Customer to withdraw from the Contract without cost. This apparatus will be delivered, installed and configured directly at the Customer's premises by a specialized WINDTRE technician or a partner company at no additional cost. In the case of FWA access, the Service will be provided by means of an external unit with a high-gain antenna connected to an IAD router connected to the antenna via an Ethernet cable. The installation of the Service is always carried out by a qualified technician appointed by Wind Tre S.p.A. The outdoor unit is fixed on a wall outside the building where the Customer is located and cannot be moved from that position by the Customer; it follows that the Customer is informed and expressly declares that he/she agrees that he/she cannot remove or move such unit under any circumstances; any independent movement by the Customer will constitute his/her violation of the General Conditions. A WINDTRE BUSINESS Data SIM Card will be allocated inside the external unit for the purpose of offering connectivity in a non-"nomadic" and non-"mobile" mode. The DATA SIM Card will be usable exclusively associated with the IMEI of the Apparatus in which it will be installed by the WINDTRE technician and, therefore, operation in any other Apparatus is prohibited. With regard to the DATA SIM Card provided to the Customer, Wind Tre S.p.A. specifies that it is data only, it is not enabled to send SMS and Roaming nor voice calls with circuit-switched technology. The Customer is obliged to use the DATA SIM Card solely by means of the Apparatus and to use the Service lawfully, in compliance with applicable laws, exclusively within the scope of his/her professional and/or business activity to fulfill communication needs. The Customer is, in addition, obliged not to use the Service: 1) in violation of applicable laws; 2) in a way that creates disturbance to third parties or network malfunction; 3) in a way that abuses the offer related to the Service or the Service itself. In the case of Fiber FTTH, an SFP/ONT is provided on installment sale at a cost of €0/month for 24 months after activation. The plans have a contractual term of 24 months. In the event of termination of the service, there is a one-off contribution of an amount equal to the minimum value between the value of the contract and the actual costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the practice as specified in the Technical Economic Annex of the contract. The request for portability to other operators of only some lines and/or of only the additional numbering attested on the traditional voice line may result, where the migrated lines coincide with the main one, in the deactivation of all the remaining lines for which portability has not been requested with the consequent loss of the numbering and application of deactivation fees. Calls are unlimited unless use of the service contrary to the criteria of good faith fairness, for purposes other than personal use or for the performance of massive communication activities in accordance with the provisions of the General Conditions of Contract relating to WINDTRE telecommunications services. The Customer is, in addition, obliged not to use the Service: 1) in violation of applicable laws; 2) in a way that creates disturbance to third parties or malfunctioning of the network; 3) in a way that abuses the offer related to the Service or the Service itself. In the event of termination of the Service, there is a one-time contribution in an amount equal to the minimum value between the value of the contract and the actual costs incurred by WINDTRE for the management of the practice as specified on the Technical Economic Annex of the contract.
